Publication Charges (APC)

The Global Journal of Stem Cell and Cellular Therapy (GJSCT) is a fully Open Access (OA) journal. All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees.

To support peer review, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, long-term archiving, indexing, and journal management, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Article Submission / Processing Fee

There are no charges for manuscript submission or processing.

Article Processing Charges

• Indian Authors: Rs. 4,000

• International Authors (Outside India): USD 150

For Indian authors, 18% GST will be applicable as per Government of India norms.

The average peer-review duration is approximately 8–12 weeks.

Waiver Policy

The journal offers up to 20% APC waiver for eligible authors from low- and middle-income countries, subject to qualifying criteria.

• Waiver requests must be made at the time of manuscript submission

• Requests made during peer review or after acceptance will not be considered

• Supporting justification may be required

Additional Charges (If Applicable)

In certain cases, additional charges may apply:

• Colour print (print version):
  Rs. 500 (Indian authors) | USD 25 (International authors)

• More than five authors:
  Rs. 500 per additional author (Indian) | USD 25 per additional author (International)

• Additional hard copy:
  Rs. 1,000 per copy (Indian) | USD 70 per copy (International)

Important Notes

• APC applies only to accepted manuscripts

• No payment is required at the time of submission

• All applicable charges will be clearly communicated after acceptance
